At Avg. Jon's, every item is made to order just for you. That means we don't hold stock, and we can't accept returns for change of mind. We're average, not monsters, so here's what we will do:

Damaged or Misprinted Items If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@avg-jons.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Size or Colour Please double-check your size and colour selection before ordering, as made-to-order items, we're unable to exchange for sizing or preference reasons.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partners.
