Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders pretty quickly (made-to-order life). If you need to change or cancel, email us ASAP at support@avg-jons.co.uk with your order number.
If production has already started, we may not be able to make changes.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Maybe, but only if your order hasn’t entered production yet. Email support@avg-jons.co.uk immediately with your order number and the correct address.

I didn’t get an order confirmation, what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? Email support@avg-jons.co.uk and we’ll help (your email might’ve been entered wrong at checkout).


Shipping & Delivery

Who fulfils and ships my order?
We use Printify and Printful to print and fulfil our products. That means your order is made fresh and shipped by one of our production partners.

Will my order arrive in separate packages?
It can, yes. If your order contains items fulfilled by different partners (Printify + Printful), they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You may also receive separate tracking links.

How long does shipping take?
Most items take a few business days to be produced, then shipping time depends on your location and the courier. If tracking goes quiet for a bit, that’s (annoyingly) normal.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, if tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive an email when your item ships.

Why is shipping/VAT sometimes higher than expected?
Some products may be produced and shipped from different locations depending on the fulfilment partner, product type, and delivery address. This can affect shipping costs and may trigger VAT/handling fees in some cases.


Products & Sizing

Are your products made to order?
Yes. We make each item when you order it. It reduces waste and keeps things simple (and a bit more sustainable).

How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide on each product page, that’s the best reference. If you’re between sizes, going one size up usually gives a more relaxed fit.

Will my item shrink?
A little shrinkage can happen depending on fabric and wash method. For best results: wash cool, turn inside out, avoid high heat, and don’t overdo the tumble dryer.

Will the print look exactly like the photos?
We do our best, but screens vary. Also, made-to-order printing can have minor variations between runs. Nothing dramatic, just the reality of printing on real fabric in the real world.


Returns, Refunds & Issues

Do you accept returns?
Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

My item arrived damaged / wrong, what do I do?
Email support@avg-jons.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • a photo of the shipping label (if possible)
    We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
We get it, sizing is a gamble sometimes. Since items are made to order, we can’t offer standard exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.


Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?
Shopify supports major payment methods like debit/credit cards and other options depending on your location.

Do you offer discount codes?
Occasionally. If you want early drops, offers, and general Avg. Jon’s updates, keep an eye on our socials / newsletter (if you’ve got one set up).
